Directly in front, and down a few steps is Magazine Bay, a mini coastal paradise, a small beach of smooth polished pebbles and white sandy beach. The bay offers waters that are safe to swim, snorkel or have a fish off the beach or rocks.

Avabreak Beach House offers a modern contemporary style of living over two levels that is suitable for up to 8 guests.

Dining for 8 people offering great ocean views through large windows.
A day lounge area is provided to soak up the sounds of the beach.

December to January- 7 Nights minimum booking.
All school holidays- 7 nights minimum booking.

Deposits for Bookings
Bookings will be held for 7 days only until deposit is received. No Deposit within 7 days No Booking. Confirmation of deposits to be supplied by telephone and email to Avabreak.

Final Payments for bookings
Full payment to be made not less than 30 days prior to occupancy.

Cancelations
Cancelations will not be accepted 30 days prior to occupancy.

Refunds
